Getting Started
How do I start reading?

Open ComicFlow on your Apple TV. The Library tab shows 3 built-in sample comics (81 pages total) — tap any title and start reading. No account or server connection required.

What can the reader do?

Page turning, smart panel mode (reads panel by panel), double-page spreads, image adjustment filters, auto-play, and reading progress tracking. All features work with both the built-in demo comics and your own library.

Servers & Sources
What servers are supported?

ComicFlow connects to Komga, Kavita, and any OPDS-compatible server. It also supports SMB and WebDAV network storage for reading directly from a NAS or shared folder.

How do I connect a server?

Go to Settings, then add a new server. Enter the server URL and your credentials. ComicFlow will discover your libraries and titles automatically. Your Apple TV and server must be on the same local network, or the server must be accessible via the internet.

How do I add manga sources?

In Settings, open Manga Sources and add a third-party repository URL. The app does not ship with any third-party sources pre-installed — you provide the repository URLs yourself.

Pricing & Purchases
What does the in-app purchase include?

ComicFlow offers a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, you can read 5 chapters per day for free. A one-time in-app purchase removes all reading limits — unlimited chapters, forever. No subscription, no recurring charges.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings and tap Restore Purchase. Your Apple ID must match the one used for the original purchase. If the restore doesn't appear, make sure you're signed into the correct Apple ID on your Apple TV.

Troubleshooting
Can't connect to my server

Check that your Apple TV and server are on the same network. Verify the server URL and credentials are correct. For SMB, ensure the share is accessible and the user has read permissions. Try restarting your server and Apple TV if the connection was previously working.

Pages won't load or appear blank

This usually means the server connection timed out or the comic file is corrupted. Try reopening the title. If the issue persists with server-hosted comics, check your server logs. Built-in demo comics should always load — if they don't, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
